In Japan the level of english language is very low if we compare that with this level in Russia, for example. Not all of japanese even know english alphabet, and, accordingly, can't read the text, not even saying about understand what written in it.

English there is one of the most difficult lesson.
I belong to a dorama's фандому (sorry, I don't know how it sound in english) and half of a year ago one girl from USA or UK (from Live Journal, in short) collected in one post photos with Johnny's where they were in shirt with english words or phrases. "I love masturbation" (or smth like this) on Nino was nice.))
And than, most of japanese words terminate on vowels, because terminations write by хироганa, so japanese usually add to the english words "u/y" (which in Russian sound like "y")) and after that their english sound so bad.)
